Order Processing

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CT) will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Ground — $9.99

  • Available for most General Merchandise items.

Technology / Special Handling — $19.99

  • Includes:
    • Signature required upon delivery
    • Full‑value insurance
    • Priority handling
  • This shipping method cannot be changed or waived.
  • If another shipping option is selected at checkout, it will be adjusted to this rate.

Special‑handling items include (but are not limited to):

  • Blakeway Worldwide panoramas
  • Diploma frames
  • Tailgate items (tents, chairs, tables)

Expedited Shipping Options

  • Expedited 2‑Day — $19.99
  • Overnight — $27.99

Note: Expedited and Overnight shipping are not available for all items. Exclusions include technology and items requiring special handling.

Additional Shipping Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges require new shipping charges.
  • Orders may ship via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Free In‑Store Pick‑Up

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, during business hours.
  • Typically ready within 1–2 business days (may be longer during peak times).
  • Please wait for your “Order Has Been Processed” email before arriving.
  • Pick‑up location: TechCyte counter inside the ISU Book Store, near the East Loop parking ramp entrance.
  • Photo ID or University ID is required at pick‑up.

Pick‑Up Window

  • Orders must be picked up within 14 days of processing.
  • Need additional time? Call (515) 294‑5684.

Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders not picked up within 14 days will be shipped to the address on file.
  • Orders containing technology items will incur a $19.99 shipping charge.
  • Orders without technology items will ship at the $9.99 standard ground rate.

Department Delivery (On‑Campus)

  • Available for on‑campus departments.
  • $4.99 delivery fee.
  • Delivered Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Free in‑store pick‑up at the University Book Store is available as an alternative.

Shipping Exceptions

Free shipping promotions do not apply to:

  • Course materials
  • Drop‑ship or special‑order items
  • Technology (laptops, tablets, desktops)
  • Custom graduation regalia
